Target Earth Foundation Beach Cleanup Tour NL 2021: The Wave.
Hey! We are Daan Strang and Steef de Ruijter and this summer we will be plogging the entire Dutch coastline together!
Now you may think, plogging what’s that? Plogging is a combination of being active and cleaning up plastic / waste!
In 2019 Steef already walked the entire Dutch coast and she is the only woman who did this alone! And in 2020 Daan was the only man in the Netherlands to do this! Now we are doing this for charities like Target Earth Foundation and WWF
This year we are going to make our country a little more beautiful together. And we will not do this just once, because we will already start with a small warm-up version in May!
Why we do this?
First of all, because this makes us very happy and this is our way of making the world a little bit more beautiful. In addition, creating awareness around themes such as plastic, waste and ocean plastic is an important goal. We believe that a positive experience such as plogging on the beach activates people to make different choices in their daily lifes. #MaakeenMiniVerschil (#MakeaMiniDifference) ! Together we can make the world a little bit more beautiful. With enough people, all these miniature differences will eventually become a MEGA difference!
